In some situations your order may arrive damaged, or be returned to me during transit instead of arriving safely at your provided address. There's a few ways these situations can be handled depending on the reasoning why!
I WILL RESEND YOUR ORDER FOR FREE IF:
- USPS damaged your package during transit
- Customs did not notify you of your package as it arrived and sent it back
YOU WILL NEED TO COVER SHIPPING AGAIN IF:
- The provided address on your order was mistyped/incorrect
- I have resent your package once already and it was returned a second time
Please make sure all order information is correct when placing your order. Due to constantly rising shipping costs, especially internationally, I cannot feasibly cover additional shipping if the provided delivery information was not correct.
