Cancellations and Refunds

CANCELLATIONS (if the item hasn't shipped yet)

I have a very loose cancellation policy! Money is tight and this stuff is MY only income, so I never want to ask "why" if you need to cancel an order before it ships. Just shoot me an email with your order number and a request to cancel and I'll get it done!

REFUNDS (after you've received your order)

If something goes wrong with your Object Thang within 30 days of receiving it...

1) If I can fix the issue myself (ex. it's a handmade item), I'll cover the shipping cost back and forth so I can fix the item! If the issue is from intentional mishandling of the piece, this will not apply. 

2) If it's a manufactured item (ex. Captcha Bag) and it breaks, you get to choose whether you want a full refund OR a full replacement (free of charge)
